How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email and everything in Pro is yours for 7 days. No card and no payment details. When the trial ends, get a year of Pro for $49 to carry on — or don’t: your charts and journal stay.
Why is there only a yearly plan?
One plan keeps it simple and cheap: $49 covers a full year — about $4.08 a month — with every feature included. Try it free for 7 days first.
How do I pay?
In crypto — USDT and other major coins — on NOWPayments’ secure payment page. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, usually within minutes.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You pay for a year, once; nothing is ever charged by itself. We email you a few days before your year ends. A year you pay for during the trial starts when the trial ends.
Which exchanges and markets?
Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget and MEXC — spot and USDT perpetual futures — with live prices and funding (liquidations, open interest and the long/short ratio on Binance and Bybit). You don’t connect an exchange account: the chart reads public market data.
Do alerts work when my computer is off?
Yes. Alerts are checked on the server every minute and reach you on Telegram and as phone notifications, with the chart and the phone closed.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — in any modern browser, and it installs as an app. Your drawings, alerts, journal and settings sync between your devices.
Is my data private?
Your charts, drawings, journal and settings are kept on the server for your account only. We never ask for exchange API keys or wallet access.
Can I get a refund?
A year that has started isn’t refundable — that’s why the trial is free and long enough to try everything. If something goes wrong, write to us.
Is this financial advice?
No. It’s a charting and analysis tool. The example plan on the live chart shows what the position tool does — it isn’t a signal. Trading crypto is risky; only trade what you can afford to lose.
